Where did you get married?

Seacliff House, Gerringong, NSW

Why did you choose to get married at Seacliff House?

We wanted to stay local as we are from the NSW south coast, didn’t want to travel and loved a location where the farmland met the ocean.

What was the most memorable part of your wedding day?

Gosh! It was all so memorable, the almost 40-degree day, the beautiful colourful florals and decor, and having ABBA Dancing Queen open up the dancefloor.

Melissa, paint us a picture. What was the theme, style, colors, and overall vibe of your wedding day?

It was a summer garden party style, with lots of colour and fun, sunshine, and a close knit group of our family and friends.

What was your favorite part of planning your wedding?

Choosing the florals, my dress, and some of the DIYs like welcome signs, place cards, and seating charts.

What was the best investment you made for your wedding?

Invest in good food, cocktails (Aperol Spritz for the hot summer day) and good music.

Is there anything you would have done differently?

No actually, couldn’t have faulted the day or how it all worked out.

What was your favorite part of using WedSites for your wedding?

I loved the checklist with inbuilt email reminders for upcoming tasks, I liked the seating chart feature and that we were able to keep track of all of our vendors with their details stored which was super handy in the lead-up and on the day.
