Surrounded by the beauty of Pokolbin, Taylah and Jayden’s wedding was a perfect blend of romance and relaxation. With a timeless palette of baby’s breath, pink and white roses, and bridesmaids in champagne rose, their day was effortlessly elegant.

Their ceremony was heartfelt and joyful, thanks to an incredible celebrant who told their love story beautifully. During cocktail hour, the couple mingled with guests, enjoying live acoustic music, handcrafted cocktails, and golden sunshine.

From the vows to the celebrations, every moment was filled with love and joy—a truly unforgettable day!

Where did you get married?

Bimbadgen Palmers Lane in Pokolbin, NSW

Why did you choose to get married at Bimbadgen Palmers Lane?

We loved it from the moment we arrived. The communication with the staff was amazing from the first enquiry. We loved that we could have the ceremony and reception both in the same place. Had a great wet weather option and also it’s just a stunning property!

What was the most memorable part of your wedding day?

The most memorable part was the ceremony and cocktail hour! We had the best celebrant in the world and she told our story so beautifully, we had the perfect amount of laughter and tears.

Our cocktail hour was special because we actually got to enjoy the time with our guests before going off for photos. We had an accoustic artist who performed brilliantly plus Bimbadgen offer cocktails for an extra cost which we added on and this was the best! The sun was shining and vibes were high.

Taylah, paint us a picture. What was the theme, style, colors, and overall vibe of your wedding day?

The theme was relaxed but romantic! Think babies breath, white and pink roses! A classic and timeless colour palette. Bridesmaids wore a beautiful champagne rose colour.

What was your favorite part of planning your wedding?

Probably all of the little DIY extra’s we did. We made a seating chart shot wall, personalised sunglasses, made our own menus. I got quite crafty with canva.

What was the best investment you made for your wedding?

I recommend having a good celebrant and MC Lauren from hungry hearts literally made everything run so seamlessly and guests absolutely loved our ceremony all because of her. I also recommend investing in a content creator! Was so amazing to wake up to thousands of little clips of the day and highlight reels.

Is there anything you would have done differently?

Try to not stress so much about the little things, everything went perfect on the day.

What was your favorite part of using WedSites for your wedding?

Probably the budget tracker we really enjoyed this feature but also the emailing save the dates, invitations and website. Just having everything in the same place was amazing.

Wedding planning is notoriously stressful. Now that you’ve gone through the process, do you have any advice or words of wisdom for couples who are currently in the midst of planning theirs?

Don’t stress over the little things, no one is going to notice. Invest your energy and money into things guests will notice such as good music, good food and enough alcohol!
