We love the coast, the weather, and the people
What was the most memorable part of your wedding day?
Seeing my bride walk down the steps and dancing with her.
Troy, paint us a picture. What was the theme, style, colors, and overall vibe of your wedding day?
We chose a bohemian chic style and everyone wore Ibiza-style white. It was a VERY limited attendance of only our closest friends, and the collection of people was magical.
What was your favorite part of planning your wedding?
Seeing everything come together. Not to toot your horn but the app helped a lot with that 😉
What was the best investment you made for your wedding?
The best investment we made was in letting go of any and all preconceived notions of what ‘should’ be said/done at a wedding, and we built a wedding that fit us, 100%. This meant leaving behind most of the traditional ways of going about it, while still keeping basic elements so that it resonated with us as a couple.
Is there anything you would have done differently?
Honestly no. We nailed this one solid lolz!
What was your favorite part of using WedSites for your wedding?
The guest list, emailing, RSVPs/questions, and having the site for everyone.

Wedding planning is notoriously stressful. Now that you’ve gone through the process, do you have any advice or words of wisdom for couples who are currently in the midst of planning theirs?
So much of the stress that couples feel when planning their weddings comes from preconceived notions of what their weddings ‘should’ look/feel/be like, and trying to get exactly that. But when two different people are involved, this often can create stress. There are also countless unexpected things that happen that only add to that stress (this is why wedding planners exist lol). Prioritizing each other (the couple) over the images of what we tell ourselves we HAVE to have, and focusing on each other during the day (especially), are the two things that will create the best memories, much more than trying to get everything to be perfect… at least that worked for us.
