Where did you get married?

City Beach SLSC in Perth, Australia

Why did you choose to get married at City Beach SLSC?

As we are both English we thought we can’t not get married at the beach when we live in beautiful Perth.

What was the most memorable part of your wedding day?

Our wedding was the best day ever. It was so us, that’s why it was perfect. It was so much fun. It was almost rodeo / festival theme, the dancefloor was packed all night. Our dog was our ring bearer, we had a flash mob dance performance, games, you name it! I smile so much just thinking about it.

We loved it that much we are now planning wedding round 2 – our happily ever after party in the UK in July.

Robyn, paint us a picture. What was the theme, style, colors, and overall vibe of your wedding day?

Our theme colours were very neutrals, beiges, champagnes, and very boho and rustic. The girls were beach goddesses, and the boys were cowboys. We combined country (groom) and festival (bride) and had the most epic reception. It was a proper party with lots of high energy.

What was your favorite part of planning your wedding?

The moment our doggo walked down the aisle and our little family was complete whilst we locked our love with the rings she brought,

What was the best investment you made for your wedding?

Content creator! Game changer, otherwise I would be messaging my photographer every day impatiently

Is there anything you would have done differently?

Yes, 100% – I wouldn’t have invested in a stylist and “planner”
Huge waste of money, wedsites had me covered, should have believed in myself. Biggest regret.

What was your favorite part of using WedSites for your wedding?

Every time I got a guest rsvp back I got so excited!!! And I turned it into a full travel guide for those travelling in from overseas. I think our wedsite is my most proudest thing I’ve ever done
